nowadays, with covid-19 restrictions it is a great chance to find time to talk about responsibility and being mature. europes town-development depends a lot on the standards like the christian town and europene identity. not just to grow fast, but to implement standards of economic base. the spain-flu, pest and the worldwars have left their impression in the structure and town-growth of europe.
the asian towns are more compact and the people have less problems to wear masks, what western civilization still need to learn. to bring the pandemic to a calculate-able level for the economy (the phase of continuing lowering risks for the sconomic developments) is the first and the most important psychological barrier for politics to overwhelm the crisis..or this could stay difficult for longer time.
